Submission Guidelines

Our reading period will reopen in June 2025. 
No submissions will be considered or responded to prior to June 2025.

We are a publisher of translated literature and translated literary non-fiction. Submissions that are not translations will not be considered, and will not be responded to.

To submit, please click below to upload your materials via the respective links below (Fiction, Non-Fiction, Poetry). When submitting, please include:

for FICTION Submissions
• A cover letter containing relevant autobiographical information about the author and translator, as well as a brief description of the manuscript;
• A sample translation of approx. 20 pages (more is appreciated);
• A list of the author's published works/translations, if any.
• Please name all files: YourName_AuthorName_FileType (ie, cover letter, sample). Example: JaneMcTranslator_JanetAuthorskaya_sample.doc

for NON-FICTION Submissions
• A cover letter containing relevant autobiographical information about the author and translator, as well as a brief description of the manuscript;
• A sample translation of approx. 20 pages (more is appreciated);
• A list of the author's published works/translations, if any.

for POETRY Submissions
• A cover letter containing relevant autobiographical information about the author and translator, as well as a brief description of the manuscript;
• Partial manuscripts WILL be considered with a 20-page minimum—but larger samples and/or full manuscripts are preferred.
• Please name all files: YourName_AuthorName_FileType (ie, cover letter, sample). Example: JaneMcTranslator_JanetAuthorskaya_sample.doc

We aim to respond to submissions a minimum of 3 months from receipt. Your patience and grace are appreciated when it takes longer than we'd like!
